Welcome to Krav Maga LKN – Lake Norman’s only Krav Maga training center

We are  conveniently located in The Rock training facility in Huntersville NC, only seconds from I-77 exit 23.

As an instructor in Krav Maga – the hand to hand combat method of the Israeli Defense Forces – I’m pleased to offer classes in this dynamic self defense system that will prepare you for defending yourself, should you ever need it, and get you in the best shape of your life at the same time.

This site will be updated regularly so check back in and see what we’ve got going on. We’re going to be linking to some of our favorite instructors around the world, forums we like, charities we work with, announcing events and seminars and posting pictures of our extended family as they train.
